Since most of our restaurants are individually owned, hours of operation vary from location to location. However, our standard hours of operation are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday. Please refer to our locations page to locate a Cicis near you.

Our all-you-can-eat pizza buffet starts at just $9.99 for adults and $5.99 for kids. Since most of our restaurants are individually owned, pricing may vary from location to location. Please check with your local Cicis for more details on buffet pricing at your nearest location.

At Cicis, we love to be involved with our communities and Cicis fundraising events are a great way to do that. Since most of our restaurants are individually owned, please contact your local Cicis to ask about fundraising events at their specific restaurants. Our Managers will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Please refer to our locations page to locate a Cicis near you.

Ready to apply? Fill out an application on our website by visiting the Careers page. Simply complete an online application for any restaurant that is already open, and they’ll contact you with any available positions. If the restaurant has not yet opened, you’ll have to apply in person.

Cicis is a great first job. Many of our current managers started off in their teens and have truly enjoyed growing up with the Cicis family. Since employment laws vary from state to state, we suggest that you contact the management of your local Cicis to inquire about the age requirements in your state. They will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

At Cicis, we’re always happy to provide nutritional information for all of our products. In fact, our website offers a nutritional guide and allergen information for all of our menu items.

Want to create something your way from our pizza menu? If we have the ingredients, we can make it. You can make your own custom creations by ordering Cicis online. Endless pizzabilities is our whole thing, so get creative.

Saved some slices to eat on another day? The best method for reheating any Cicis pizza on our menu is to go low and slow. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F. Then slide in your pizza on a baking sheet and cook for ten minutes. Then, the best step, eat!

Joining is simple — use the Cicis® mobile app or visit us at cicis.com/rewards. Currently Cicis Rewards™ is only available in Oklahoma and North Carolina.

Customers are given the choice to opt in to the program when they set up a Cicis Rewards™ account. If you are a current member of the Cicis Rewards™ program and want to opt out, here are the steps using the website:

   2. Log in to your account
   3. On the account page, select "Delete Account"
   4. Follow the prompted steps to delete your account

   3. Tap on your profile, select "Delete Account"
   4. Follow the prompted steps to delete your account

By opting out you will not have access to Cicis Rewards™. This means you will no longer be able to earn points, receive rewards and deals, and exclusive promotions. All points and rewards you have earned until now will no longer be available.

Earn points no matter how you order Cicis Pizza – in the store, app, or online. When placing your order in store, show the cashier your Rewards QR code on the Cicis Mobile App.   If you order through the app or online, be sure you are signed in to your Cicis Rewards™ account.  

Points are not earned on game cards or gift card purchases or through third party delivery operator such as DoorDash, Uber Eats or GrubHub.  

Earn 10 points for every dollar on qualifying purchases.

Points are valid for 365 days from the day they were earned.

Rewards are valid for 30 days after points are redeemed. To make the most of your rewards, be sure to check the expiration details on each reward in your account.

No, your points are unique to your Cicis Rewards™ account.

You can redeem your points for rewards through your account on the Cicis® mobile app or online at https://www.cicis.com/rewards.  

Rewards cannot be redeemed for delivery orders placed with a third-party operator such as DoorDash, Uber Eats or GrubHub.  

At this time, you are limited to redeeming one reward per order.

Yes. You earn points on every purchase. If you are redeeming a reward and ordering more food in addition to that, you will still earn 10 points for every dollar you spend. 

Yes, but only when you order delivery directly through the Cicis app or on https://order.cicis.com.

No. You can earn Cicis Reward™ points when you place an order using a gift card, but not on the purchase of the gift cards themselves.

To redeem a reward in store, click on the ‘redeem in store’ button on the reward and allow the Cicis team member to scan the QR code at checkout. Or you can give your phone number to the team member and they can manually add the eligible reward to your check.

Log in to your account, you must first click “Redeem” on any reward you would like to redeem. Your reward will now appear in your “Rewards” section of the mobile app. Make sure you add the item you would like to redeem to your cart. Rewards will be available to add to your order once qualifying items are added to the check. During checkout, click “Redeem” when your rewards appear.

If you are not receiving the authentication code, please text START to 86082. You can also have the authentication code sent to your email address by click on ‘Send code by email instead’ when logging in to your account. Please check your spam or junk folders if you are not receiving the email.

In order to receive offers and earn points, you must accept the Terms & Conditions. To accept the Terms & Conditions to be considered a part of the Cicis loyalty program, please go to Profile > Communication > Opt-In > Submit. 

When you join Cicis Rewards™, you will receive a $3.99 adult pizza buffet deal on your next visit. The $3.99 adult buffet is good for 1 adult, valid Monday through Friday and must be used within 30 days.​ 

To find the $3.99 offer and other rewards including the $5.99 Monday-Tuesday adult buffet offer in the Cicis Rewards™ app, please go to Rewards > Your Rewards. Again, please wait 24 hours to see your $3.99 adult buffet reward.​ 

To accept the terms and conditions to be considered a part of the Cicis loyalty program, please go to Profile > Communication > Opt-In > Submit. 

First please check your reward history in the app. There you can see exactly how many points are added after each visit. In the Cicis Rewards™ app, go to Profile > Rewards History. 

If you are trying to scan more than one receipt those points will not be added because we have a limit of only one receipt upload per day.  

Reminder: To avoid having to scan your receipt each time, we recommend that you give your loyalty account number or phone number to the cashier on your next visit. This will connect your account with your receipt, allowing points to automatically be added to your account.

2. Log in
3. Go to Profile (click your name in the top right corner)   
4. Follow the prompt "To change your profile details, please click here" and click the link. 
5. The Cicis account setting page will open where you can edit contact information.  

App:

1. Once logged in, go to the Profile tab on the app and click “Personal Info”. 
2. On the Personal Info page, click “Account Settings”. This will open the Cicis account setting page.  
3. You will need to log in again.  
4. Once you are logged in, you will see the Cicis account settings page to edit contact information.  

You can request points on a past purchase up to 10 days past the purchase date.  Log in to your Cicis Rewards™ app and click on scan to earn or redeem, then click add receipt.  Here you can scan the barcode on your receipt within the mobile app or enter the barcode number to collect your points.    

A receipt must be submitted for points within 10 days of your transaction.

Sorry, we need the information from physical receipt to add points to your account.
